Produced by smallholder farmers and processed at the Kanzu Station in Rwanda's Nyamasheke district, this washed Red Bourbon variety is grown at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level. The Kanzu Station employs meticulous quality control measures, including cherry flotation to remove less dense cherries, dry fermentation for up to 18 hours, and sustainable water management practices. This coffee offers a balanced cup with notes of apricot, cane sugar, honeycomb, and black tea, reflecting the rich volcanic soils and dedicated processing methods of the region
