As usual, a high quality roast. Smooth. Nice chocolate and pecan flavor. Great for Aeropress extraction. I use 18 grams and press through at 2:15-2:30. Recommended...

Best way to try Onyx Coffee Labs

Trying to order direct from Onyx to Canada can be a shock, the shipping prices are insane! I had given up on being able to try them. Eight Ounce to the rescue! Same great shipping on coffees from the US.

Rich, with the right amount of juiciness

Tried this and ran it both as espresso and filter. Really enjoyed this. Has the right balance of juiciness and richness. This would be a coffee I would not get tired of drinking daily. Only gripe is the non resealable bag.

I am a fan of hand-brewed coffee, and this coffee is very suitable for hand-brewed coffee. It is not easy to buy coffee beans suitable for hand-brewed coffee in Canada.

Great and premium packaging hence the two stars, otherwise i feel the coffee os too light, more like a medium light instead of medium dark not sure if its cause if the roast date. when i got the beans, it was over a month old already close to 5 weeks but its was not discounted. overall not a happy experience trying out this bean, lack of boldness and texture.
