A smooth sip of everyday comfort.

Smooth Operator delivers exactly what its name promises. I brew it in a Chemex, and it’s a beautifully balanced, velvety cup with just enough sweetness and a smooth finish. Many reviews mention its approachable flavor, and I agree—it’s a comforting, easygoing coffee I happily return to.

So Good I bought It Twice

This is one of my favourites so far. I’ve been trying only Canadian roasters but after I tried the normal sized bag of this I had to get a big bag. Never got tired of it. Tried the 1kg bag of September’s Buttercream afterward, based on reviews, but I missed Smooth Operator the entire time. Just got my second big bag in the past 6 months.
I use a ceramic pour over with a crack in it lol but my grinder is dialled in and the coffee is delicious. My favourite note in coffee is “Nutty”, and Smooth Operator hits the spot.

Good as always

Good coffee for a good price - things have crept up over time but P&S have done a great job at keeping their costs down compared to many other enthusiast brands of coffee. Happy to keep supporting a local company like them!
