Pista - Mutana
COF-PT-0021For the sixth year, Pista presents a coffee from Burundi, sourced from the Heza washing station in Kayanza province. This lot comes from the Mutana hill and its 858 producers, benefiting from a unique microclimate near the Kibira forest. Cultivated between 2100-2200 meters, the Bourbon variety is processed with meticulous care, handpicked, sorted, depulped, and fermented before being slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a floral and delicate coffee with complex flavours, ideal for both espresso and filter brewing. This lot is part of the Long Miles Coffee Project, which supports local communities and promotes sustainability
