Produced by Arnubio Jose Cardenas Sanches at El Espejo farm in Tolima, Colombia, this washed Gesha variety showcases meticulous cultivation and processing techniques. Only ripe cherries were collected, sorted by density, and fermented in cherry for 12 hours before being de-pulped and fermented in tanks for another 12 hours. Following washing, the beans were dried on ventilated roofs for 18-23 days. In the cup, expect a bright and elegant profile with notes of apricot, Earl Grey tea, and delicate florals, reflecting the producer's dedication to quality over 25 years of coffee cultivation
