Prodigal - Finca El Naranjo
COF-PD-0051Produced by Edmundo Ceron at Finca El Naranjo in Nariño, Colombia, this honey-processed blend of Caturra and Castillo varieties showcases a clean and vibrant profile. The cherries were meticulously harvested at peak ripeness, sorted by density, and sanitized before undergoing a 24-hour sealed bag fermentation. They were then de-pulped and fermented in mucilage for 48 hours before being dried on patios for 20-25 days. In the cup, expect perky and bright flavors of orange, apple, and cranberry, reflecting the producer's methodical approach and the collaborative efforts of the AWASKA project
