Decaffeinated using a natural ethyl acetate (EA) process derived from fermented sugarcane, this coffee preserves its original flavors while adding fruity notes and complexity. The result is a cup with notes of milk chocolate, mandarin orange, stone fruit, and malt, with a soft acidity and long aftertaste
