We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

This lively and complex Sudan Rume is a product of Wilton Benitez’s highly technical "Double Anaerobic Thermal Shock" process at Granja Paraiso '92 in Cauca, Colombia. The rare Sudan Rume variety undergoes ozone sanitation, two stages of controlled fermentation—including a specific strain of Lactobacillus—and a signature thermal shock rinse to lock in flavor. The result is a highly expressive and unique cup that balances bright citrus and floral rose with the deep, spicy sweetness of grape jelly and ginger.
