We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

This lively natural coffee, named "Qabballe" (meaning "cold"), originates from high-altitude farms in Teraga, Guji, and is processed at the Raro Nensebo station by Ture Waji, the "King of Guji." Composed of JARC varieties 74110 and 74112 grown at 2,225m, the cherries undergo strict drying protocols—limited layer density and frequent rotation—for up to 28 days. This meticulous approach by Sookoo Coffee results in an exceptionally clean and complex profile, featuring vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes with a delicate floral finish.
