We ship your order from our 30,000 sqf warehouse in Calgary, Canada. Our warehouse team works closely with our front office, and we are all dedicated to accuracy, efficiency and quality packaging. We don't use 3PL companies to send your order, because we want to give you the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear. For all orders within Canada under $75, we charge a flat rate of $10.

Our team works with the roasters we carry to maintain a selection of freshly roasted coffee in packaging that preserves the freshness of the coffee. We strongly believe you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee 10 or more weeks past the roast date; however, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any coffee once it is 6 weeks past roast.

Since 2020, the Rodriguez family’s Agricafé in Bolivia has been supplying coffee from their "Sol de La Mañana" program, which educates neighboring producers through a 7-year farm development course. One standout coffee, produced by David Mamani from Uchumachi, features a lush, juicy body with sweet and tart fruit notes, reminiscent of currants. The processing and cupping experiences at Agricafé highlighted the exceptional quality of these coffees.
