COF-SP-0040This beautiful Mejorado coffee from Abel Salinas's Finca Arashi in Loja, Ecuador, is a washed lot from a Cup of Excellence-winning producer. After de-pulping, the coffee undergoes a 24-hour dry fermentation before being washed and dried for 15 days, resulting in a bright, delicate, and sweet cup with soft florals, an intense lemon acidity reminiscent of lemonade, and juicy pear.
