Irineo Ramirez, a dedicated farmer from El Durazno, Guatemala, cultivates Pache variety coffee at an impressive 1900 MASL on his 3-hectare farm, El Nanse. His washed process coffee offers a sweet, balanced profile with notes of hazelnuts, almonds, and baked apples, complemented by a milk chocolate sweetness and a creamy body. The cup has a soft acidity, with a lingering, sweet finish that reflects the high-altitude terroir of the region.
