Based in the Santa Bárbara region, Renato has spent years expanding his farm while focusing on improving infrastructure, such as transitioning to raised drying beds to ensure better shelf stability. The EA decaffeination process is particularly well-suited to this Honduran classic, as it preserves the coffee's structure while enhancing its natural sweetness. The result is a balanced and approachable espresso with bright notes of cherry and orange layered over a comforting base of caramel and toasted hazelnut.
