The EA decaffeination process is particularly well-suited to this Honduran classic, as it preserves the coffee's structure while enhancing its natural sweetness. The result is a balanced and approachable espresso with bright notes of cherry and orange layered over a comforting base of caramel and toasted hazelnut.
