We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Bogalech Dukkale is a 45-year-old producer who manages a four-hectare farm in Sukke Qutto, inherited from her parents. For the past four years, her coffee has been separated into distinct micro-lots rather than being blended into community lots, thanks to a partnership between the importer Osito and Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee. This lot features the Gibirinna 74110 variety—a compact, small-bean selection from the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre (JARC) known for its resistance to coffee berry disease. Grown at high altitudes in the volcanic soil of Guji, the cherries were dried on raised beds for 21–28 days in thin layers. This slow, careful drying process results in a sweet and fruit-forward cup, highlighted by notes of strawberry and juicy stone fruit with a lingering honey sweetness
