Grown at 2,000-2,100 meters above sea level on his 35.7-hectare farm in the Omafun-tulay Kebele of Jimma, the cherries undergo traditional natural processing on raised beds for 20 days, reflecting the exceptional quality and cleanliness achievable in well-managed Ethiopian coffees.

Round, balanced, seet

Very nice natural Ethiopian offering from Subtext. Balanced, clean, round and quite sweet. Some nice fruity flavours that I found lean a bit more in the dried cherry direction than tropical.

Super tasty, 10/10

I really loved this coffee, super tasty, and really different than any other Canadian coffees I’ve had in the past while. Way to go Subtext, you’ve done an amazing job.
