Tim Wendelboe - Caballero Geisha
COF-TW-0006The Geisha cultivar is renowned for its floral and citrus profile, and this award-winning Honduran Geisha from the Caballeros exemplifies that reputation. Unlike typical Panamanian Geishas, it features a heavier mouthfeel, slightly lower acidity, and a subtle herbal finish. Moises carefully separates all pickings, allowing for the selection of the finest lots. The coffee cherries are handpicked, sorted, and then de-pulped. Following a night of fermentation, the mucilage is washed off. The beans are dried slowly on raised beds under shade nets to ensure even drying. After drying, they are stored in airtight GrainPro bags before milling and vacuum packing for export to Norway.
