This washed Kenyan coffee receives high praise for its "perfectly roasted" profile with strong blackcurrant and red fruit flavors. Customers said it's "very juicy" with nice acidity and brews excellently as pour-over. Some noted slower draw down times and suggested flavors may need 1-2 weeks to fully develop.

Tastes good

Tastes good, slower draw down, but didn't cause bitterness, might need another week or 2 for flavours to really pop

Textbook Kenya with added freshness

Title says it all; it’s exactly right for that crunchy red fruit plus earthy/savoury thing Kenya does so singularly. The lighter roast does seen to do best with good hot water and a smaller grind, balanced with fast paper to avoid over extraction, but it’s not as picky as that sounds.
