Traffic - Bombe Duwancho

My 2nd ever bag of Traffic coffee. Whereas the Fikadu bag left me disappointed, this one made up for it.

Just an all-around solid cup, that's repeatable. I have trouble putting down this cup, that's how good it tastes.

Here is the recipe I've been using with the Next Level Pulsar:

20 g : 340 g (1:17)
(Valve closed for first 1:30, then ~60% open. Totals below show cumulative water added to brewer after each step—drain starts at 1:30, so slurry volume drops gradually after that.)

Grind: 6 + 0 clicks (stock Ode Gen 2)
Water temp: 95 °C
Filter prep: Dry filter in → rinse in place with ~60 g hot water (dump rinse)
Total time: 3:40–4:00 (visual: even wetting, no dry spots; bed flattens clean).
