This co-ferment blend of Colombian and Ethiopian beans delivers a unique watermelon fragrance with floral notes. Customers said it's "superb" with balanced flavor that works well for pour-over, filter, and espresso. The co-fermentation creates amazing fragrance and juicy character without being overwhelming. Great value.

Great recommendation from the staff

Great recommendation from the staff. I've been using it as my daily pourover. Many of my coworkers complement the unique characteristics of the beans.

A standout co-ferment!

This is the roast that made Traffic one of my all time favourites. An incredible co-ferment, with a really floral watermelon fragrance that isn’t too in-your-face when you drink it.

Co-ferment but tamed!

I have a love/hate relationship with co-ferments. They`re usually enjoyable at first but they get boring after a couple of days. Blending a Colombian Co-ferment with a washed Ethiopian solved this problem for me.

surprising and wonderful

wasn't 100% sure what to expect with this co-ferment blend, but its superb, keeps a lot of the interesting character ive come to expect form co ferments, but tempers them with a bit more classic profile, enjoyed a lot on filter and been drinking a surprising amount on espresso too.

BEAUTIFUL BLEND!

The team at TRAFFIC absolutely nailed this blend! I knew from the moment I saw that this coffee paired a Washed Ethiopian with a Co-Fermented Colombian that I would be in for a good time. It’s perfect for a pour-over when you want something special to enjoy. Get this coffee while you can!

Fragrant and juicy

The co-fermentation brings out the most amazing fragrance before and after brewing. The roast is perfect for filter and espresso but I've only tried it in the aeropress and V60. Great price for what it brings.

I feel like a superstar!

I feel like a superstar! This is the smoothest espresso I’ve ever made- and I can actually taste the watermelon. Who knew coffee and watermelon were meant to be?
