Awesome coffee maker, great quality cup every time from batch to single cup it’s definitely worth it, haven’t fully tried all the functions yet but ran a brew profile done for Dak coffee was amazing

By far the best coffee maker I have ever owned.

The FELLOW Aiden is a great coffee maker. It's been brewing single-serve (cone basket) and batch brewing (flat basket) coffee for about a week and I can taste that 'pour over' difference. It looks great on the counter and the stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot for a while. I definitely recommend.

Pros: looks great. Tells you how much coffee to use for the amount of coffee you want to make. Lets you create your own profile. Tells you when to de-scale. Can program your pot ahead of time.
Cons: a few glitches in the first couple of months: the dial/button would not respond, had to unplug it and wait a few moments before plugging in again, and it would work. Became more frequent, and sometimes would not turn off either (unplug, replug). Finally at 6 months had to make a warranty claim for replacement or refund. Excellent customer service from Fellows and Eight Ounce Coffee, very satifisied with the resolution. Not sure yet if I'll take a chance on another one.

I have had the aiden for 6 months now and love it. Its make great coffee for both one person or a larger group. The timer and customizable brew modes allow for flexibility for different roasts. It also looks great on the counter compared to other brewers.

Excellent filter coffee machine! Easy to use, lots of options, amazing app that allows you to download brew profiles and schedule your coffee for when you want. It even sends you a reminder when the brewing is complete. I couldn’t be happier!

Easy to use, looks great alongside all of our other Fellow gear, and most importantly - it makes great coffee! Love being able use the guided brew feature where it lays out the recipe for how much coffee to use by weight and how long to brew. Carafe keeps coffee warm for a few hours.

Garbage product, breaks every few months with a water error. Eight Ounce should sell bette rproducts not ones they know will break out of warranty

Love my new coffee machine! Super easy to set up and the coffee is perfect. And is looks so fancy! I have been looking for a great coffee maker in white for a couple years and am so thrilled to have waited to get this one.

You cannot pour from the carafe without spilling. It is also not insulated at all and goes cold almost immediately. The machine itself feels poorly constructed and a bit flimsy, and the seams are now stained (because the carafe leaks when pouring)/glue from assembly is visible? It’s all plastic and the panels are delaminating. Would definitely not recommend. It’s so expensive and feels really cheaply made.

So far it's been great. Only hiccup has been that my husband wasn't able to connect via the app on his iPhone. Mine connected fine (android) though. Makes very smooth coffee :)

This may be the coolest appliance I have ever bought.

The best part of this machine is that you can do sure for batch or large batches for groups. It’s like a Moccamaster evolved.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Fellow Aiden as it has FAR surpassed my expectations. I am somewhat of a coffee geek and have spent years perfecting my pourover workflow and, before that, used the Technivorm Moccamaster for a few years. The Aiden, both simplifies and speeds up the coffee making process while, at the same time providing IMPECCABLY brewed coffee. Considering that I tend to be a VERY demanding customer, take my comments as the HIGHEST of praise.

I mainly do espresso and I wanted to try filter, whenever I did V60 or Origami I would rarely get "great to amazing" brews, it was always "meh to yeah that's good" brews. With the Aiden it's almost amazing brews all the time, super consistent easy to dial, many many easy to use recipe. It's an amazing machine.

Excellent - straight out of the box. Used Direct Brew for 8 cups and it was perfect. Love it!

Great coffee machine. Yes the build quality and materials could be better, however I knew this before purchasing so no points off for that. The interface also could be better, though I set everything through the app. It heats the water fast (instantly), quiet operation, and is quite customizable. Most importantly, the cup it produces is really good. The only other automated coffee brewer I've tried is the Hiroia Hikaru, and by far the Aiden is the better machine, at a lower price point at that. Although the Hikaru can brew into any dripper, so there is a rabbit hole for those who like to tinker. Only caveat with the Aiden is that Fellow Drop is not available in Canada, and it's not that easy to find roasters (that I like) with Aiden recipes available.

With Eight Ounce producing and sharing recipes and brew profiles, it’s hard to argue against owning one of these in Calgary. Stoked to see the community building around this.

Great drip coffee maker. Very easy to use, customizable and convenient. Makes excellent coffee, which you could schedule in advance and use different recipes depending for the roast that you want. The coffee itself is delicious. Strongly recommended!

As someone too lazy to stand at the counter and make a pour over, I have been intrigued by the Aiden since it was released. A year since its release, I would say it is still in development from a full-functionality standpoint. The programmed features are about 80% there with some areas still needing refinement and the reliance on the app is a bit of a bother. The BMW X-drive-esque interface on the machine itself is not very convenient or intuitive as a major negative, but once you get recipes programmed in (within their limitations), the machine does as programmed and works well.

I absolutely cannot believe how good this machine is. When my wife and I were looking for coffee makers during the early, new days of parenthood, we really wanted something that would be able to deliver pour-over quality cups of coffee that didn't take away the character and profile of the coffee itself that so many automatic coffee brewers do. When we came across this deal for the Aiden, we were a mix of excited and skeptical that this was too good to be true. The Aiden does not disappoint and does everything they say it does.

The pre-made recipes and ability to customize your own recipe is next level. Ability to control pours, temperature, and dosage is just so good. I love being able to make a batch brew for our family and friends that doesn't suck or feel like we've wasted good beans on a subpar cup of automatic coffee.

For coffee enthusiasts and new parents alike, the Aiden is all it claims and is hyped up to be. Fellow, yet again, does not disappoint.

Wow!!! this thing is amazing!!! I am amazed at how easy this coffee maker is to use, and how good the coffee tastes.
I opened up the box, plugged it in, and it walked me right thru all the steps, so easily. I was hoping to get something easy to use, and this over exceeded my wishes. I keep showing my friends that it only has 1 button, and one screen, and works so well. Even setting up the daily schedule was a breeze. Plus I can adjust the schedule from the app, if I will be away for a day or two. I can't recommend this Fellow coffee maker enough. I'm sure some of my friends will be ordering one.
