Great add-on for Sette 270

I'm very happy with the burr as it gives me extremely consistent grind. My normal use is Aeropress, Clever, Pour Over, and (with the new burrs) drip coffee. With the stock S1, expresso, burr, I found the coarse settings to often contain fines and inconsistences. While Aeropress was great and pour overs were fine, I did not like the results I was getting from my drip coffee - they were ok, but the S2 was the first time I had *delicious* drip coffee that I was able to consistently dial in with my Sette 270W. The range of the S2 still works well for the Aeropress, similar to the S1 from what I've seen after a few weeks of use. Given that I don't do espresso I had always questioned my choice of the Sette with the S1 for my brew methods above, the S2 solves my grinding problems and uncertainty. I love the Sette grinder and I love the S2.

An absolute necessity with the Sette series

The Sette is a fantastic (albeit LOUD) series of grinders. If you just want to brew some regular drip coffee or bust out the Chemex, you're limited to the last few settings on the range (25+/30). Don't even ask about French Press.

With this burr set, you get a lot more range on the coarse end for only a fraction of the cost of keeping a second grinder.

Great Addition

Works great with Sette 30. I removed the shim under the burr, and can grind for French Press no problem now. Still also gets fine enough for Aero Press too.

Really a must have to turn the Sette 30 into more than an Espresso Grinder!
