Chemex filters are great, enhancing the taste of coffee. They are hard to source locally at times and I have ordered from Eight Ounce Coffee previously.

For some reason many coffee Youtubers have demonstrated a weird folding technique with these papers. If you have a normal sized Chemex, they are unnecessary! Just pull a single sheet away from the rest, and put the thicker side resting against the pouring spout. I'm neurodivergent enough to have been briefly confounded by the witchcraft on display in how the square turns into a cone, and I figure that can get to a lot of people.

There is quite a lot of paper taste in these, so make sure to rinse. I pour a little into the paper as it is sitting in the Chemex, and then just gently pour the water out, pressing a finger against the thin side of the paper to keep it from slipping out of alignment.

These filters make it super easy to make a quality pour over with Chemex. They're prefolded, so you basically just drop it into your chemex and pour water over your coffee. Big fan!

Chemex filters are my go-to when I don’t have time to mess around with my V60. They’re super convenient and always give me a clean, smooth cup. I just give them a quick rinse to get rid of any paper taste, and that’s it—easy and reliable every time.

We always keep a box with the top cut off in a handy cupboard in the kitchen island. With the filters so affordable, we use them to make coffee every morning. It's so easy to grab one right from the box, unfold it, throw it in our Chemex brewer, and then the hard part - picking which beans we want that morning. Whether we use the white or the natural, the coffee comes out great every time.

New to Chemex and enjoying it. Much cleaner than the V60.

Great filters for the Chemex- the only drawback is with how heavy the filters are they tend to strip out alot more than filters for other methods, v60 or tricolate for example.

I love my Chemex and love the filters. I always reach for them and never disappointed.

I prefer the rounded filters to the square cornered filters. The square filters stick out with two pointed corners. They mildly get in the way. Still does the job though.

These filters were delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would buy coffee accessories from Eight Ounce again!

These are really the bomb. Along with the Chemex maker, they make a super clean and clear cup of coffee. No longer do we refer to our brew as “mud”! We love the unbleached version of these filters. The service and speedy delivery from 8 oz is always great.

I haven't been able to find these filters for 8 months. They seem to be a little thinner but then after not having them for so long my memory could be off too,

good service...especially considering when others are inflating price in this Covid world.
