A.M.O.C's Mr. Ocholo Bedecho is a Washed Heirloom lot from a Single Farmer Project in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at high altitude in rich red soil, this coffee delivers a clean and layered profile characterized by bright bergamot, structured black tea notes, and delicate jasmine florals.
A Matter of Concrete is a specialty roastery based in the UNESCO World Heritage Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Founded by Rob Clarijs, winner of Coffee Masters London 2019, the roastery utilizes a state-of-the-art Loring S35 Kestrel and a data-driven, no-nonsense approach to source and roast both classic and uncommon coffees that meet their rigorous quality standards.
