Great low budget grinder

I know one should spend more on a grinder but for this price point this was the best I could find. Tried 2 others (a breville one and a Fellow) but this one was the best. No retention while the others had 1-2grams, very consistent grind. A bit of static which can be mitigated through RDT.
Something about buying in HERE. Everyone on Reddit complained or at least mentioned there was a true zero (the dial being off) but not on mine. Zero is my try zero. Other people had said that getting it at this store gets you a true zero dial

Amazing upgrade

I came from the Breville Smart Grinder Pro, and this DF54 is a clear upgrade! First of all, the quality feels extremely premium for the price and it is very heavy and sturdy. The grind comes out fast and fluffy. Retention is almost to 0.1 to 0 even without having to use the bellow. The only downside is that the dial setting is very tight and can be a challenge for some people to turn. Other than that, love this!

Instant step up in my coffee experience

Had this grinder for a few months and use it several times daily. It makes a very consistent grind and this has an immense effect on my pour over coffee experience. The grind size is straightforward to set. It is as simple as it can be with a click on/click off button. Only had issues with it jamming once when I tried to grind two doses at once. Don't do that. After a quick disassembly and clean out, it worked perfectly. Would be great if they added a QR code sticker so you could lookup an online manual, for the rare occasion that you need to lookup the disassembly procedure. Overall, very happy with it.

Fantastic value

Awesome grinder for the price - a few quirks but these are well-documented and workable. Overall better for espresso, as static and fines become more apparent when grinding coarser.

Good for both espresso or filter coffee

This is my first coffee grinder, and I’m really happy with it. I love the sleek look and style, it pairs perfectly with my other coffee gear. Performance-wise, it’s been great so far. Some reviews mentioned issues with the grinder getting clogged when using oily beans, but I haven’t had that problem. I’ve been following the instructions and lightly spraying the beans with water before grinding, which might be helping. Overall, a great experience for a beginner like me!

Mighty and stylish grinder

Making a switch from hand grinders this is an amazing upgrade! Incredibly easy to set up, maintain and above all it produces an amazing grind. Great consistency in the grind with little to no clumps
