    A replacement On/Off Knob used on the Encore, Maestro , Maestro Classic, and Starbucks Grinder without Solis branding. The switch on all of these models switches the grinder to an on position, which must then be manually turned back to an off position. This is different from a wind-up timer switch that automatically switches the grinder off, used on models such as the Maestro Plus.

    • Plastic on/off knob

  • Just push the knob into place. If the old knob is broken but still on there, just pull it straight off (you may need to use a little bit of elbow grease to pull it off) and then replace it with the new knob.

    Baratza has made rolling changes to the knob/switches used throughout their conical grinder range, and it can be easy to mix them up. Check out the guide below to ensure you get the right one for your grinder!

It's an OG knob, so if yours broke like ours did, it's the same one. We bought 2 in case this one breaks – shipping is more $$ than the part.

Why did I wait so long to order this?

We broke the knob on our Baratza Encore and just made do. Big mistake! After finding that Eight Ounce carried spare parts, I ordered it for pickup, immediately. The staff are super friendly and worked on stoking my caffeine love. ❤️
