We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. customers: Please note that as of May 2025, recent trade policy changes may affect your order. The U.S. has introduced increased tariffs—up to 145%—on goods imported from China, which impacts many of the products we carry. In addition, the de minimis exemption has been removed for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong, meaning these low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Great Kettle for Pour Over

I got this kettle mainly to use with a V60. There is a lot to love about it. The precision temperature control, the pour regulator, the temperature hold not to mention how great it looks on your counter! It has been a great buy, I wish I had bought it sooner.
The atmos and carter also get daily use. If you are looking for a great kettle for your pour over journey, you won't regret this one.
