This natural-processed coffee is produced by Alemayehu Daniel in Worka Chalbesa, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, at an altitude of approximately 2,000 meters. Alemayehu and his brother each inherited 10 hectares of farmland from their father, Daniel Miju, and they run their farms side by side. Previously, Alemayehu sold his cherries through the union, but two years ago, he obtained his own export license, allowing for direct trade. In the cup, expect classic "strawberries and cream" notes, complemented by herbal, floral, and stone fruit nuances, with a crisp acidity reminiscent of rooibos and peach tea.
