One might wonder why do one needs a grinder cleaning tablet, because coffee beans leaves oil residue behind in the grinding process. After a while oil will become rancid and gives an off tasing flavor if not cleaned properly. So this is where this tablet comes in, it's really convenient and painless option.

I primarily use these cleaning tablets when transitioning to a new batch of coffee. While they claim to remove oils and particles from the burrs without the need for disassembly, I still suggest taking the grinder apart to clean off the ground tablet residue and brush the burrs. Also, I would recommend running a small amount of beans afterward to ensure any remaining residue is cleared out.

These coffee bean style tablets were easy and great to use. Bonus for being bio friendly. Just grind them, then brush it clean and run some beans through to flush the rest of it out. My year old Opus was oil and residue free. Why did I wait so long to buy these? Don't make the same mistake I did. Essential.

If you’ve invested in a decent electric grinder, this is a must have solution to clean it. My grinder is as good as new now.

This cleaning tablet works very well in cleaning my Baratza Encore, as the burrs are now shining clean. And it is cheaper than other choices. Would use them routinely. One tip for this product is: use this cleaning tablet first, then disassemble the burrs and wash the ground catcher/hopper; otherwise, you might need to wash the ground bin and the hopper twice :)

Happy that this is an all natural product. Used these cleaning tablets on my Baratza Encore. Cleaned away all of the coffee residue and oils on the burrs. Grinder works smoothly now and coffee is back to tasting great! Will use this every few weeks to keep my grinder working without issue.

This cleaning tablet is very efficient in cleaning up my Fellow Oed grinder! I collect my coffee grounds for my flower beds, so because this is all-natural stuff, I have no problem in collecting the coffee grounds with the coffee grounds afterward and use them in my flower beds.

It's probably better to buy the larger container since it will last longer, but it wasn't available at the time so I just went with the smaller version. Performs excellently and keeps your grinder clean and performing as it should. I'm confident that regularly using these will ensure that your grinder lasts for a long time.
