  • A CLASSIC SINCE 2005!

If you are used to making a pot of coffee even when you want just a cup, then this great little brewer may well be your saviour. Arguably the most popular manual brew method over the past decade, the Hario V60-02 is a newer twist on the classic Melitta cones. There are as many opinions on brew method as there are baristas but, once you have found your favourite, this is one of cheapest and most effective ways to make great coffee at home.

This method, paired with the appropriate filters, is ideal for making single cups of coffee directly into the mug - you can make up to 16oz in one brew - and ensures that you only make the coffee that you need. It's simple to use, easy to clean and, as long as you have good coffee, may make you put your coffee machine away for good.

This Hario V60 is plastic (BPA-free and shatter resistant), but it is also available in ceramic (prettier and better at retaining heat), heatproof glass or metal with a variety of finishes. Whichever you choose, your days of old, microwaved coffee could be over.

Small and lightweight

This V60 has excellent value. It's so small an lightweight that I have no problem stuffing it into a pack to take camping.

Perfection

The plastic version of the V60 02 is perfect. It is affordable enough to justify having a couple of them, 1 for home and 1 for the office. No more forgetting to bring it back and forth! Eight Ounce shipped quickly. Highly recommend.

Big Improvement to Pourover

I had been using a Bodum pourover for 3 years prior to buying the Hario. I had always been a little bit disappointed with it's slow extraction and "clogging"
Decided to buy the plastic Hario v60 on Black Friday, and it has solved every one of the complaints I had about the Bodum. I opted for the plastic over the ceramic due to the heat retention that the plastic offers, and have been heating it up with hot tap water before starting my pourover process. I am very happy with it, and most importantly, the coffee I'm brewing with it is exceptional.

A real step up to my coffe game

I started with Clever Dripper and got very good results but wanted more and with a bit of effort/learning the V60 gave me even better resuls.

The V60 is the standard for a reason

What more is there to say, it's the v60. The plastic offers low thermal mass, and looks good doing it. Affordable and durable. With some practice it will make some of the best cups you can get

Good for a first foray into pourover

I’ve gone from aeropress to this and as of yet haven’t used fancy or fresh beans but still have seen improvement. Selected this one based on price (and fitting a Zorjirushi thermos) but it also has the advantage of the low heat capacity of plastic. Good buy
