With this magical lid, there's no need to twist a cap off and on - so you can complete this magical performance by pouring a glass of refreshing cucumber water with one hand and juggle axes with the other. The crowd goes wild! The CAPSULE's handy assistant mesh filter prevents any fines from escaping and hindering your cold brew coffee or tea making performance. A secret feature of this lid is that it also helps keep dust and bugs out of the carafe - what a hero! To end the performance, the CAPSULE escapes the binds that keep it together and disassembles and washes faster than you can say a la peanut butter sandwiches!

  • Caring for the Bottle: Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process.

    Caring for the Lid and Strainer: Do not use in a microwave. Do not place near open flames. Twist and close the lid tightly before pouring. Keep it horizontally as the container is not completely sealed. Do not hold by the lid when carrying, as the container might fall and break. The filter may become clogged due to the adhesion of coffee oil. To clean the filter, soak in warm water and then wash with neutral detergent. When reinserting the filter in the jug filled with water, sink it slowly as water may overflow due to surface tension around the mesh.

Great way to cold brew!

This is a really nice way to do cold brew. It allows one to make fresh cold brew every few days or even test new cold brew recipes with small batches. Easy to clean up afterwards. Note: condensation forming on the glass can make it slippery to handle so be promethian about it. Thanks, Eight Ounce!

The brewer does require the full 8 hours for best results, but works well for cold brew coffee and tea alike. The filter is fine enough to keep fines from getting through and settling in the carafe. If a bigger size were available, say 2L, I would have bought that instead.

This carafe is super solid and brews some tasty cold brew!

Well made but can pour kinda slow

Build quality is great. Everything fits together perfectly and grinds stay where they should. Cleaning is a breeze by rinsing only. I also use a tiny amount of cafiza to get rid of any residual browning. The only complaint I have, which is a minor one is that there is no vent hole, so pouring can take awhile.

Great carafe

I really enjoy this carafe. The filter is fine enough that I don't have to re-filter the coffee a second time (which I used to do, so I cut like 2 steps in the process). Great purchase, I just drink more cold brew since I have it! I agree with the others that the omnidorectional pour works super well. Plus, it looks great.

Great Cold Brewer

Overall a really nice way to brew cold coffee or tea. Looks lovely when using it and the omnidirectional pour is really nice. I thought it would be a bit gimmicky not to have a more positive lid but I've really grown to like using it.
