Use only for its intended purposes. Do not overheat teapot in the microwave or heat without water. Filter is not microwave safe. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. To prevent rust on filter, immediately wash and dry well after use. Store filter away from other metals. Do not soak the lid as water could seep inside its dual structure. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process.

super light glass teapot, and the cone design comes with an unexpected benefit - you don't over steep your tea even when you don't empty the pot because the tea leaves don't touch the water under certain level. definitely recommend.

Almost perfect

It's absolutely beautiful to look at.
However, the tea leaves don't jump around enough to make great tea due to the shape of strainer. So I started to brew my tea without it and using my own handheld strainer. Also the shape and location of the handle make it somewhat difficult to pour into the cup without hitting it. These are the reasons I give 4 stars.
Customer Service of this company is superb though!
I can tell this company really cares about their customer's satisfaction and strive for better. You'll not disappoint to buy products from Eight Ounce.
