Pineapple Burrs
For the M01 hand grinder, Millab challenged themselves with incorporating a flat burr design into a conical burr. Their solution, the "Pineapple Burrs", are 10mm longer than the standard "Spike-to-Cut" burr set and feature a 50% taller grinding surface.
Thanks to their flat-burr function, the Pineapple Burrs excel in high uniformity grinding, with fine production sharply decreasing at pour-over grind settings.
The result? Whether your routine calls for bold espresso or delicate pour-over coffee, the M01's precision-engineered Pineapple Burrs deliver complex flavours, less bitterness, and greater consistency cup after cup.

External Adjustment Ring
Quickly switch between grind settings with the Millab M01's stepped external adjustment ring, featuring 100 micro-adjustments per full rotation, 10 wide-ranging brew settings, and tactile feedback with every click.

True All-Purpose Grinding
From the finest espresso to the coarsest French Press, The Millab M01 hand grinder delivers the highest-quality coffee grounds for a multitude of brew methods. With 40 settings dedicated to pour-over alone and a distance of 0.0125 per click, you will never need to choose between a filter or espresso grinder.

Swivel-Lock Catch Cup
The Millab swivel-lock catch cup snaps in place with a simple twist, thanks to interlocking edges and a rubber base that ensures it won't come loose in the middle of grinding. No stubborn threading, and no trapped coffee fines.
Plus, an increased 50g capacity easily holds enough coffee grounds for a large pour-over or batch-brew coffee.

Superfine Tolerances
At the Millab M01 hand grinder's finest setting, the burrs maintain a 0.0725mm gap. That is the finest tolerance of any Timemore hand grinder yet.
The M01 also houses P7-grade bearings (among the best in the world) to ensure rock-solid alignment and buttery-smooth rotation.
