PEAK WATER Precision Filters (2-Pack)

Been using it for the last couple of years and no complaints so far!

I am happy with the change in water flavor, and believe it contributes a bit to cup clarity.

This is filter does well in preparing good water for brewing coffee. The filters are a bit expensive, and have gone up in price, but they are still more cost-effective than coffee water additives and distilled water, while providing highly comparable results.

after about 2 months starts to have fishy smell. great up till then but limited life makes them kind of pricey. probably best for a multi person filter coffee drinking household.

Good idea but not good quality. Filter is great jug is cheap.

Worth it over the endurance filter. Better tasting coffee and lasts almost as long from my experience.

Great water filters. One filter lasted me a bit over 2 months and installing it is not difficult.

I’ve had it for almost two months and I have no complains. It was easy to install and does a great job in filtering the water. I only wish it was a little cheaper.

I preferred PEAK filtered water to the Brita and I could not tell the difference between PEAK and Third Wave Water in my pour overs. The jug is kinda meh, but the filters work well.

After using just about every coffee water additive there is I decided to give the Peak a try. It’s produces excellent coffee water without the hassle of lugging distilled water home all the time. Fits in the fridge door and I have no problem with the jug as some other reviewers have said they have. Short of the full water filtration install and costs the Peak is my favorite for excellent coffee water.

$24 seems like a lot for a filter. However, they work really well. I like the taste of the water, and the resulting coffee. They are also very fast to drain compared to a Brita filter, which I really like. I hate waiting for Brita filters to drain.

Pitcher itself isn't well designed but filters water so...

The filter has quality issues. I got 4 filters and two of them leaked "beads". Also, the pitcher provides a terrible user experience. Changing the filter is a pain. The components are really tights, you don't notice it at first but using cold water it's almost impossible to adjust the settings of the pitcher. The only way I found to solve this was letting it rest at room temperature which defies the purpose. The taste was awesome for coffee but it's too much of a hassle. I will get back to another pitcher. The quality issue of the filter with the hi filter price was the nail in the coffin. The idea is great but the execution is lacking.

The filters are fantastic! The overall design and function of the Peak Jug are great as well. When it comes to installing, replacing, and adjusting the Peak Jug settings, this can be frustrating a bit frustrating. Due to the plastic parts and the configuration. I had to bend back part of the filter where the adjustment piece attaches to install my first replacement. I think this is because they ship in pairs, and they may get compresses in shipment. Still, a fantastic product! It just requires a little patience!

Couldn't speak any more highly about these filters. While the jug needs some redesigning, these filters have significantly improved the taste of my coffee. Highly, highly recommended!

Great Water filters, look to be well made. I hope they will continue to be available at Eight Ounce otherwise my Jug will be useless.

While the water jug quality is mediocre this filter is the reason to buy the Peak Water jug. A drastic improvement from the tap water that I was using to brew my coffee with previously. Brightens and cleans up almost any coffee.
