    With some of the same premium features as ROEST's S100 Plus and L100 Plus Sample Roasters, the S100 is the optimal choice for those seeking an introduction into professional coffee roasting with room to grow.

    Automatic Roasting and Roast Profiles
    Adaptive bean temperature profiling ensures consistency with each batch, while unique roast profiles allow you to bring the best out of green coffee. With the Sample Roasters, you gain access to ROEST's online library of roast profiles curated by coffee professionals. You may also create and share your own profile using variables like air and bean temperature.

    Manual Control
    You are always in control - with manual roasting, step in when you feel confident to adjust one of many roasting parameters to your preferences. With manual roasting, find your unique style and improve your skills, with confidence, knowing that the S100 Sample Roaster can adapt to your changes. Once you've built the perfect roast, full automation backed by AI technology will keep the magic going, batch after batch.

    First Crack Detection
    Although this machine does not have first crack detection sensors, it is easily upgradable to include.

    Between-Batch Protocol
    ROEST designed the S100 Sample Roaster to cut out the unnecessary pauses in your workflow; each roaster contains a separate fan which allows you to immediately start the next batch while the previous one cools, so you can seamlessly roast up to 1.2 kg of green coffee in one hour with zero interruption.

    Web-Based App
    Easily follow along with every second of the process through ROEST's online app. Clear graphs and interactive features allow you to follow roasting sessions, analyse roast logs, share or view roast profiles, and adjust settings in real time.
