The S100 Plus is crafted with ROEST's modern Scandinavian exterior and wood framing, with automation and efficiency at the forefront. Four intuitive sensors, including first-crack detection, and the ability to adapt to green coffee, provide professional quality and precision, while flexible control options allow for thorough customisation over the roasting process from start to finish.
The S100 Plus comes with everything you need to get started; a tray, hopper, cupping spoon and sample tray, and 1.5m ventilation hose.
Automatic Roasting and Roast Profiles
Adaptive bean temperature profiling ensures consistency with each batch, while unique roast profiles allow you to bring the best out of green coffee. With the Sample Roasters, you gain access to ROEST's online library of roast profiles curated by coffee professionals.
