No water is the same. Between different purification processes and varying mineral contents, the search for the best water to brew coffee with can be a daunting task. That search is now over.

The Espresso Profile is the water that you want to put in your espresso machine. Coffee is 98% water so using high quality water makes a big difference in your cup. Using Third Wave Water not only gives you more delicious espresso, but it also protects your machine from harsh minerals and chemicals. The Espresso Profile works with semi-automatic and automatic espresso machines such as the Breville The Dual Boiler™, La Marzocco, Rocket, Rancilio, as well as manual espresso brewers and machines such as Leverpresso, La Pavoni, and Olympia.

Just add one capsule of Third Wave Water to the appropriate amount of distilled or reverse osmosis water to achieve the perfect mineral combination and get brewing delicious coffee. Designed for optimal coffee flavour through a precise blend of Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium with just the right amount of Bicarbonates and NO Chlorides.

Worth it!

I live in a rural area with hard water. Too hard for my Linea Mini. Distilled or reverse osmosis is “better”, but in actuality too soft (corrosive). So, I’m using Third Wave because it protects my espresso machine better than my other options, but it also does taste better too. Only wish they sold a 12 pack of the “5 gallon” boxes. It’s expensive...

Worth the Hassle!

Didn't realize this was a thing until the great folks at Eight Ounce introduced me to it. Definitely makes a difference to the taste of my Espresso. My only regret is it means that I'm buying 1 Gallon jugs of distilled water, and I hate thinking about the environmental impact of that....Otherwise, these are great!

Excellent and easy

I was told about this product from the gentleman that I buy coffee from. Been using it over a year now and have told others how much better coffee tastes and how easy it is!

Excellent

After using this stick with RO water, I felt that I was tasting what the roaster meant for me to taste. It was one of those “why didn’t I do this earlier” moments.

Better coffee

This is the first thing I would recommend to anyone interested in getting into coffee or wanting better tasting coffee. Even before buying better beans, a new machine, French press, etc. Third Wave mixed in distilled water will make even Folgers taste exquisite.

It's good!

Use the Classic with decaf and the espresso with decaf beans.
Tastes far better than with just distilled water alone.
