Good product, easy fix

I’ve used the same Baratza Virtuoso grinder every morning for a decade, and in that time replaced the motor (C$13) and the timer switch (also C$13, shipped from Eight Oz Coffee). Baratza’s components-swap instructions are easy to follow, and the fix is satisfying - save the replacement cost, and vastly reduce waste.
Eight Ounce Coffee shipped my replacement timer switch efficiently, and have followed up in a friendly manner. Will go to them again in ten years;)
