Excellent product, excellent service

This has been the ultimate game changer, as an autistic girlie here have tried everything to recreate that ice coffee experience at home this has been the only thing that has mastered it. No more disapointing coffee runs, wet the filter though!

Working great so far! Made some concentrate, quick and easy, will be using this regularly for the foreseeable future!

Just what I needed after spending $5 a day on cold brew for 3 years!

This product is simple and straightforward to use; it produces a great cold brew. A gift I was happy to give.

Cool gadget to have for cold brew. Also easy to clean.

This makes a lot of cold brew per batch. 1.2L-1.6L of concetrate makes roughly 12-16 cold brew coffees / batch. There are enough supplies for three batches in here (assuming you don't reuse filter bags and decide the easy cleanup of the filter bags is unnecessary). Even counting the cost of 900g of coffee and the cost of the entire system, that's like $2/cold brew if you ever make three batches. That alone is a significant savings over the coffee shop and much more convenient.

Highly recommend this product. Would also recommend using both the included filter, and the filter bags for easy clean up. Makes incredibly smooth coffee concentrate. Love the carafe that can be put directly in the fridge.

We used this exact cold brew system at the coffee shop I worked at, so when I decided it was about time to make cold brew at home, it was a no-brainer to go with this. So easy, and it always tastes fantastic, crisp and fresh. It lasts in the fridge for a long time, but we usually finish it long before then ;)
