The customer service from Eight Ounce was top notch. I entered in the wrong address and emailed them. Within a few hours Jess had reached out, confirmed the new address and assured me that everything was in order.

Lastly, I’m in Belfast, Ireland. After ordering on a Saturday, the product came with DHL by Thursday. Seeing as they are based in Canada, I was very impressed.

I loved this cup. It was perfect for cortados. Used it daily, sometimes twice a day. I had it less than 3 months before it shattered in the microwave, trying to heat eggnog for 40 seconds.

Great glasses! I got the amethyst ones. Very heavy and feels luxurious. I find I'm drinking cortados more just because I like the glass.

It's a lot of glass. I normally heat the glass up by pouring boiling water into it before I make my drink.

Never got my order

Perfect glass cup for hot coffee in my opinion: very thick and solid, so I have no worries they would ever break from thermal shock. Also very ergonomic with the hexagonal base and thick rounded rim. The cortado size is perfect for smaller espresso drinks like its namesake. The blue is also very pleasing, so I'd recommend giving a colour a try.

Love the weight and feel of this glass. The faceted design looks modern and stylish, and it’s comfortable to hold. Perfect size for cortados, and the clarity really shows off the coffee. Sturdy and elegant at the same time.

This is the first notNeutral cup I have purchased. It is very durable and perfect for a cortado. Will buy more.

Pretty disappointed with the aesthetics of both glasses i received. Maybe it's because I dont believe in the saying "good enough is good enough". Too many imperfections, and most are just way to obvious. notNeutral can claim they're attributes of the glass all they want, but they're defects.

While the photos look black, they're actually a deep amber, which is even more beautiful in person. They've got a premium, heavy feel, and a beautifully rounded bottom that makes latte art a breeze. I loved them so much, I bought a few more.

I bought these in both blue and amethyst and have no regrets. They are sturdy and perfectly sized for cortados. Even my wife (who normally mocks my coffee related purchases) loves them! We’re likely buying more in different sizes. Great packing and shipping from Eight Ounce too!
