  The Ceado E37Z-Hero is the result of Italian craftmanship and cutting-edge technology in a single-dose coffee grinder, with a functional design which breaks old patterns, equipping baristas with the best features so to express their will to experiment.

  Zero Retention Hero
  Retention is the greatest obstacle to flavour consistency and clarity. With zero contamination with previously ground coffees, the E37Z-Hero gives you the freshest dose every time, allowing you to explore different origins and varieties without wasting a single bean or emptying the grinding chamber and cleaning the burrs.

  Z-Hero Station
  With a seperate control box that gives you direct access to the grinder's variable speed (RPM), The Z-Hero Station allows you to customize grinding profiles so you can experiment with different extraction levels. By adjusting the RPM, each individual grind will produce different particle consistency and flavour profiles, even when using the same beans.

  Quick Set Gear Unlock
  Get fast, precise stepless grind adjustments without the tedious callibration process. The Ceado Quick Set Gear Unlock simplifies the adjustment of the particle size, from espresso to filter coffee, creating an optimized grind with only a twist of the knob.

  DLC-Coated Grinding Chamber
  The DLC-coated grinding chamber is inclined at 45°, allowing total zero retention both in input and output.

  DLCB83 Z-Hero Flat Burrs
  The Ceado E37Z-Hero incorporates an ⌀83mm flat burr set, designed without exposed screws and coated in a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) material for a homogenous grinding surface, working in synergy with the grind chamber to reduce friction and coffee retention.
  The special three-phase geometry (designed in-house specifically for the E37Z-Hero) breaks, slices, and compresses the grounds to maximize flavour expression from filter to espresso.
  Lifespan up to 9 tonnes (10 tons).

  Steady Lock Grinder
  During periods of high use, the distance between the burrs often shifts in other grinders, making it impossible to lock in consistency. As a result, you have to redial your coffee multiple times a day, and lose a lot of it in the process.
  The Ceado Steady Lock Grinder ensures that the burrs are parallel and the distance between them is constant, even under high volumes, maintaining a set particle size distribution. Not only does this allow you to save coffee; it lets you focus on mastering flavour.
