  • Tasting notes: Jammy Plum, Grapefruit, Brown Sugar
  • This coffee, cultivated at Finca Santa Maria by Iván Gerardo Solís R., is sweet, jammy, and fruity. The process starts with handpicking ripe cherries, followed by 48-hour fermentation in tanks. The cherries are dried on raised beds for 48 hours before pulping, and the parchment with remaining mucilage is then dried on raised beds for about 14 days, with frequent raking to ensure even drying.
