This juicy and sweet natural process coffee comes from the Shantawene Kebena community in Sidama, Ethiopia, where smallholders—often referred to as "garden farmers"—hand-pick ripe cherries grown in the fertile, high-altitude lands of Bensa. The cherries are density sorted and dried under the sun before export, resulting in a vibrant cup that showcases the region's rich biodiversity and deep coffee heritage.
