Rabbit Hole - Luis Roldan: Yellow Caturra

COF-RH-0055
Our team works with the roasters we carry to maintain a selection of freshly roasted coffee in packaging that preserves the freshness of the coffee. We strongly believe you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee 10 or more weeks past the roast date; however, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any coffee once it is 6 weeks past roast.

Tasting Notes: Plum, Caramel, Lychee, Red Apple

This Yellow Caturra coffee is produced by Luis Roldan, an agricultural engineer and leader of the Café Colis Resistencia group from the Indigenous Xinka community in Mataquescuintla, Guatemala. Grown on his farm, El Durazno, in Casillas, Santa Rosa, the coffee undergoes a washed process, resulting in a light roast with tasting notes of plum, caramel, lychee, and red apple. Rabbit Hole Roasters has partnered with Semilla to support Luis and his community, purchasing his entire export volume to ensure fair compensation and promote Indigenous sovereignty
