Mr. Berhanu has consistently produced great coffees from the start. His perfectionist tendencies have allowed him to continuously improve his processing techniques year after year. Around 2000 farmers deliver cherries to this station every year. The cherries are hand sorted and screened for any defects before being processed. Delicate florals and juicy citrus are present in the final cup.
