This Castillo variety was dry anaerobically fermented with dehydrated mandarin skin for 48 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds, infusing it with a unique citrus profile. The resulting cup is clean and aromatic, offering bright notes of orange zest and black tea with a hint of lavender lemonade, balanced by a distinctive mosaic hop-like finish.
