COF-KR-0017Produced by Rodolfo Rivera at the San Antonio farm in Tarrazu, Costa Rica, this Geisha variety is processed using the honey method and grown at an altitude of 1,900 meters. The Puente Tarrazu mill, established in the early 2000s by a group of six small to medium-scale producers, is one of the oldest micro mills in the area, renowned for its specialty coffee production. In the cup, expect a delicate and complex profile with floral notes of jasmine, fruity nuances of apple, white peach, and cranberry, complemented by a honey-like sweetness and lingering finish
