This Panama Abu Catuai Lot TN-630 ASD Natural is a vibrant and juicy coffee with notes of cherry, mandarin, red grape, and chocolate. Handpicked at peak maturation, the cherries undergo a unique processing method, starting with sun-drying on elevated beds for 72 hours, followed by a dry anaerobic fermentation phase for 96 hours in closed grain-pro bags submerged in spring water. After fermentation, the cherries are sun-dried for 25 more days. The coffee comes from the Abu Coffee farm, named in honour of José Guillermo Luttrell Tedman, a third-generation coffee producer.
