  • 300/10.6oz | Grandma’s Apple-Caramel Pie

This coffee means a lot to us because part of the money we paid went directly to Peru’s coffee education with better brewing equipment. You’ll find on the pictures above all the kids and young teenagers gathered around for an explanation on how it works and them actually trying to brew one. David Flores was even present to explain the coffee the kids brewed. He was so touched by this initiative and really appreciated our belief in his coffee.

  • David Flores, manager of the family business, explains in his words how he came back to their farm to expand the production of their amazing coffee :

"My name is David Flores, I grew up in coffee fields but left for the city looking for a job. Later I went back and saw potential in coffee so I came back and this time I intended to stay for good. I took a sample to a Q grader in Jaen and to my surprise he told me my coffee was specialty grade. I convinced the 15 members of my family to join me and produce bigger volumes of specialty coffee. 2015 was our first year and ever since we have improved our facilities, learned organic practices to cultivate coffee, we have selected our varietals carefully in order to achieve incredible tasting coffees. We envision to become the best coffee producer in Peru by 2023 and win the COE”
